Bushtail Bandit - VFX Short Film
Bushtail Bandit was my final year graduation film, created at the University of Hertfordshire.
On the project, I was responsible for developing and maintaining our CG pipeline, producing the lighting
for all CG shots, and overseeing the rendering process.
As a Pipeline TD, my aim was to create a pipeline that was both easy to follow, and felt natural for
the artists from the moment they started using it, enabling fast, seemless collaboration between
departments, from initial asset development through to final delivery.
As a lighting TD, my focus was on matching the direction, color and intensities of the on-set lighting
as close as possible. This ensured the rendered CG integrated naturally with the live-action footage,
and reduced the corrective workload required during compositing.
The reel above focuses on my lighting work. If you'd like to see more about my pipeline contributions,
